Roadsign People

As an icon of Australia, Roadsign has been created by Roger Carthew, a surfer, a bushman, a nature lover and most importantly, an enthusiast for all things Australian. He has traveled the many tracks of inland Australia, navigated the Coopers creek whilst it was in flood and surfed Australia's famous beaches..

He knows bush tucker and eats it when out bush!

He's more at home in those remote places than within four walls in a city.

An environmentalist of note, he still makes road signs of all kinds in his "day" job. His business was a leader in the push for sustainability and in developing the business case for sustainability when it was a strange way to think.

A self ascribed ecoprenuer, he is interested in taking materials that were formerly considered to be waste and transform them into products or services that are of great value to their users. He has a list of many such items he has transformed and re-used to great value.

Caring for people and the environment are his great passion and helping people live a better quality of life with fewer demands on the planet's finite resources are what drives him in his ecopreneurial quest.
